FULFILLMENT POLICY – CAROLINA BOWL AND ITS AFFILIATES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Carolina Bowl and its affiliates do not offer Exchanges, Returns, or refunds of any kind online or in our event stores.
Inspect All Details: Please inspect and read all information associated with your acceptance into our events along with all ticket pieces to our event.
Registration Fee: Please understand that all registration fees are to be paid to get you on our supplemental roster. As the information states, when you register you will be required to meet a certain level of fundraising to become eligible for the final roster. All registration fees are a part of the total package that are non-refundable due to the fact we automatically pay for your spot which includes, full meal plan, 57 passenger bus spots, venue fees, uniforms, apparel, and coaches ahead of time so in hopes you will fulfill the promise you agreed to during registration process and accepted within the invitation you received to come to our invite only events.
Donations: Please understand all donations are received to first pay all expenses of the event with any profits to be donated to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Ad Sales: Please understand all Ad Sales information including cut off dates to ensure you have the information necessary and understand all monies are nonrefundable and will be paid out first, to pay vendor for artwork, secondly, to pay expenses for the game, an any additional profits left over will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Sponsorships: Please understand all Sponsorship information including cut off dates to ensure you have the information necessary and understand all monies are nonrefundable and will be paid out first, to pay vendor for all artwork, media, or marketing material, secondly, to pay expenses for the game, an any additional profits left over will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Registration, Donations, Ad Sales, Sponsorship: Please understand only these specific pieces allow you the opportunity to pay for your registration into this event. You would not be registered if you didn’t agree to the following process through first and Invitations to you direct with stipulation directions and secondly you registered for our event. Thus, the reason why we will not honor any Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds.
Game Day Tickets:
Inspect all Details: All Game Day tickets are final regardless of the weather conditions. There could be a condensed version of the event which would not allow for a refund, but you would be contacted if this was the case. Exceptions: If the event is cancelled you would be completely refunded for tickets
Parking Ticket:
Inspect all Details: All Parking tickets are final regardless of the weather conditions. There could be a condensed version of the event which would not allow for a refund, but you would be contacted if this was the case. Exceptions: If the event is cancelled you would be completely refunded for tickets
Awards Banquet Ticket:
Inspect all Details: All Awards Banquet tickets are final regardless of the weather conditions. There could be a condensed version of the event which would not allow for a refund, but you would be contacted if this was the case. Exceptions: If the event is cancelled you would be completely refunded for tickets
Apparel Sales:
Inspect all details: Please Inspect all apparel sale items carefully before purchasing them, we have many clothing items that we carry that are made specifically for our events and may seem to have imperfections due to the custom nature of the manufacturing process these are not considered defects but again apart of the manufacturing process.
Colors: Garments might lose their color upon washing or drying cleaning. Follow the care instructions attached to the garment which may help avoid loss of color issues. Care for the garment is considered customer responsibility and the quality of the fabric or color of the garment is not warranted by the Carolina Bowl.
Size: Sizes displayed on the garment are only for reference and might not be standard. Customers are responsible to check the actual size of the garment by trying it on and making sure that they fit themselves. No Exchanges or returns are allowed for sizes differences.
Loose Stiches, Decorative Object, Mirrors, Beads, or any product should be inspected before purchasing. No Exchange or Returns allowed.
Product Sales:
